Well it's turning out to be harder to post everyday that I expected. I've been writing everything down so I know what I eat, so that's all that really matters I guess.
I still have 'pizza gut' from this past week. I look prego. It's not pretty.
Yesterday went really well. Hubby has been on my like a vulture so I have to get approval before I eat. Sounds weird but I asked him to do it, so it's my own fault.
Day 8 (saturday)
Breakfast: oatmeal
One package of Quaker Oats high fiber Maple & Brown sugar oatmeal. I only got to eat 1/2 the bowl. There was a spider on the ceiling and I had joe swat it down...well our lovely popcorn ceiling fell into my oatmeal and it was no longer pleasing.
Lunch: Chicken sandwich
2 slices of Sara Lee 45 cal bread
1/2 of a chicken breast, sliced and heated
1/2 tomato, sliced
lettuce
It was pretty dry but o.k. I did eat it and was pretty unhappy about it, but proud of myself for not caving in.
Dinner: Pork chops
1/2 pork chop with mushrooms
small spoonful of scalloped potatoes (boxed)
Snack:
bag of 94% fat free popcorn, 1 cup of fat free chocolate ice cream
midnight snack: ham sandwich
2 slices of 45 Cal sara lee bread
1 slice of reduced fat cheddar cheese
3 slices of ham
I was hungry before bed, my tummy was growling like crazy. I should have eaten more for dinner.
DAY 9
Breakfast:
1 cup hashbrowns cooked in EVOO
1 cup of milk
I REALLY dont like eggs, so why keep eating them????
