Well today started of great, and alll is going great so far!!! It's amazing that eating good for one day can make you feel so light, so not bloated and happy!!
I never did end up working out last night, but it's on my agenda today after I put my little boy down to nap.
I decided I am going to try a new approach. I read it's best to eat a huge breakfast, a large lunch and small dinner. So here I go:
Breakfast: 2 egg whites (I use Crystal Farms 'all whites' from the carton) along wiht a few slices of green pepper and onion, all scrambled together and topped wiht a VERY small amount of shredded co-jack cheese. I also had 2 slices of Sara Lee 45 calories and delightful bread topped with a few pumps of I Cant Believe It's Not Butter in the spray bottle. AND coffee.
I was so full after breakfast, but I felt great. I usually don't eat breakfast, but I forced myself today and I was glad.
Lunch: 1/2 Arby's Beef and cheddar sandwich, 1/2 cup canned green beans and 1/2 of a large banana. Yeah, yeah I know...arby's probably wasn't the greatest choice, but I cut it in half so I feel fine about my decision. Oh, and it was fabulous!!!
Dinner to come later, along with maybe some pictures and a recipe or two.
