Cappuccino Ice Cream pops
Super low cal and Fat Free!!! How could it be??
*2 Cups chocolate fat-free ice cream, softened (such as Breyers French Chocolate)
*1 Tablespoon Instant coffee granules, divided (such as Folgers)
*1 Cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
*6 (30ounce) paper cups
*6 wooden popcicle sticks
1. Combine ice cream and 2 teaspoons coffee granules in a medium bowl; stir until well blended. Combine whipped topping and remaining 1 teaspoon coffee granules in a small bowl.
2. Spoon ice cream mixture evenly into the 6 paper cups. Top with the whipped topping mixture. Cover tops of cups with tinfoil, and insert wooden stick through foil into center of each cup. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. To serve, remove foil and peel cups from pops.
