This week definately did not go as good as I planned.
Here are my stats:
Begining weight: 143 lbs.
Todays weight: 145 lbs.
Difference: +2
I am completely blameing cici's pizza, and cake, and ice cream for all tasting so dang good.
Today did not go well either.
What is wrong with me??
Breakfast: coffee
Whopper jr. NO cheese, NO mayo and only 1/2 the bun
Lunch: I seriously dont remember. I have had a horrible headache to the point where I couldnt even think today.
snack: Cherry coke
Dinner: pizza from chuck-e-cheese & more soda.
treat: 1/2 cup fat free chocolate ice cream
Crap, now I feel depressed.....
