Breakfast:
1/2 bowl of oatmeal and 1 cup of hashbrowns
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwich and bowl of soup
*2 slices of sara Lee 45 cal bread
*6 sprays of I.C.B.I.N.B spray
*1 slice of reduced fat cheddar cheese
* 1 cup of progresso light italian soup
Snack: one scoop of Breyer's FatFree French Chocolae ice cream (Which is fantastic!!!!!!!!)
Dinner: Cici's pizza
* One slice of macaroni and cheese pizza, minus the crust
*two mini squares of the pepperoni flip pizza (thin crust pizza squares with nacho cheese and pepperoni)
* One slice of veggie pizza, minus the crust
* 2 cinnamon rolls
Yikes.
I hate buffets. Well, actually I love them too much, so that's why I hate them.
I ate waaaaaaaaay more than I should have today.
