The old me: Day 1.




Here is a picture of the "old" me. Ugh. This was taken this morning and I am really depressed looking at it. I have a 9 month old Baby boy, and I look like I did the week after giving birth.
Here are my stats...If you must know ; )
Weight: 143 lbs.
Height: 5 ft 2 inches.
Goal weight: 130 lbs.
Pounds to lose: 13 lbs.
yikes!! I better get moving!
Oh, here's lunch for ya:
*2 slices of Sara Lee 45 calories and delightful Multi-grain bread. I HIGHLY reccommend switching to the light bread, you can have 2 slices for the same amount of calories that are in 1 regular slice..and I just love my bread.
*1/3 can of tuna on top of toast
*1Tbsp Real Mayo. Now Normally I get the Mayonaise made with Olive Oil or Light Hellmans mayo, but I was out, so I went for the real thing.
*1 cup of progresso light soup. I try to have soup wiht lunch and dinner, and eat it first. It is filled with veggies and keeps me from eating too much of things I shouldn't. Also, I always get light or high fiber soup, or make my own. I have a great Weight Watchers recipe for soup that is good and is worth ZERO points, if any of you follow Weight Watchers. I use that recipe a lot.
* 4 Saltine crackers
I am really struggling to stay away from soda pop. I LOVE soda!!! I managed to cut down to 1 can a day but I am trying to cut down to maybe 2 or 3 cans a week.
