Yeah, I'm back. So I lost my blog page, for some reason I have 2 accounts and kept logging into the old one and I couldnt find my page...I finally got a hold of customer service and I had opened 2 accounts at some point. Nice.
I started back up on Weight watchers and hae lost 4.4 lbs. It's quite amazing though because I feel a heck of a lot lighter. Its amazing that if you cut back on salt, processed foods, fast foods and/or soda how much of a difference it makes. I'm gonna post a before and after picture. I do have to say I am quite impressed.
Here's my food for today. I did a pretty crappy job on my selection of food today, I have a massive headache due to our mattress.
FYI: WW = Weight watcher points value)
Breakfast: (3 WW pts total)
2 cups of black coffee
2 Tbsp liquid creamer. *Note I found that it is 1 WW point for 1 Tbsp of powder creamer and 1 WW point for 2 Tbsp of liquid, so I now go for the liquid and add 1 Tbsp into each cup. Saves me one point a day!).
1 WW english muffin toasted wiht 2 Tbsp WW cream cheese (2 WW pts)
Lunch: (7 WW pts total)
1 WW strawberry banana yogurt (1 WW pt). Now I normally do NOT eat their product all day long, i just have a headache and grab whatever is easiest)
1 Garlic Chicken White Pizza Lean pocket (really good)!!!!!! (5 WW pts)
1/2 jumbo grapefruit (1 WW pt)
1 glass of water and 4 IBProphen. be gone headache!!!!
Dinner: I am planning chicken. I will post later tonight.
