today is the first day of the rest of my life..ha ha ok not really but I finally decided to take care of my body and get healthy!!!
I am going to start posting my eating and excercize habits in hope that maybe I can get motivated to get eat right and excercize. So everyday I am going to post my food and excercize.
Today for breakfast I had a bowl of Honey Nut Chex and 1% milk with two cups of coffee. Normally I eat a larger breakfast but I had a headache and really didn't feel like eating.
Also, I started excercizing today!! I did Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds 1 Mile walk. I was great and I highly reccommend it to anyone who is a beginner!
