Today I am starting off light after a crappy dinner choice last night. Don't get me worng, the food was great. It was just too much of it. It was my daughters birthday and my husband and I wanted to take her out.
Breakfast: Slim fast
*1 cup of milk
*1 scoop of slimfast optimum
*1 banana
Mix all in blender, add ice cubes and enjoy.
I actually like slimfast, and I like to drink it when I had a rough day the day before.
Excrecize is not on my list to do today. I woke up with a headache. I must have slept upside down or something. Or maybe it was the carb coma I was in last night.
