DAY 4, same old...same old

Day 4 seems the same as any other day. I'm not starving and im not crabby. The hardest part of the day seems to be what to have for lunch. Breakfast went well today and dinner is planned, but lunch is the kicker. I bought the new Weight Watchers winter 2010 recipe book, I'm hopeing to get some ideas to freshen up my stale lunch menu.

Breakfast today was:
One whole egg fried on toast with hashbrowns. AND 2 cups of coffee with creamer
I used:
1 whole egg.
1 tsp olive oil for frying
2 slices of Sara Lee 45 cal and delightful bread.
4 sprays on each slice of I.C.B.I.N.B spray
1 cup of hashbrowns, also fried in the same oil.


The hashbrowns were fantastic! I love hashbrowns, and if cooked correctly they are very low in fat and calories!! (Just please, please dont put ketchup on them....sick!)

**I also want to note that you will probably find the word 'with' misspelled A LOT. i am trying to correct it as I go along, but for some reason my fingers just go all crazy spelling that word.
